		What sizes of prints are available? What are the prices? How much is postage and packing? Will there be writing across the front of my print? How do I place an order? How do I fill in the online order form? How soon will my order be delivered? How will my order be packed? I live outside the UK - can I still buy from you? Do you deliver to addresses outside the UK?
		What sizes of prints are available? Print sizes available include 6x4 inch, 7x5 inch, 9x6 inch, A4, A3 and A2 size, plus custom posters (multi-image) of A2 size.
		What are the prices? The complete price list for prints is shown on the prints page. There are special offers from time to time - to make sure you find out about these when they happen become a fan on Facebook.		top of page
		How much is postage and packing? For order totals of under £30 postage and packing is £1.50. For any order total of £30 or more postage and packing is FREE.		top of page
		Will there be writing across the front of my print? No. There will be no writing on the front of your print. Your print will be made from a high resolution file and be printed by a professional lab onto photographic paper. The photos on the website are of low resolution designed for faster web browsing. However, your print is still subject to copyright. Find out more about copyright.		top of page
		How do I place an order? You can order online or by post. If you order online you can pay by credit or debit card, or by PayPal account. Payment is processed by the PayPal secure site. If you order by post you can pay by cheque or postal order. Go to the mail order form for full details.		top of page
		How do I fill in the online order form? Go to the shop and find the item you require. Enter the picture reference number and the event date for the picture you want in the relevant box for the size of print you would like, then click Add to Cart. The PayPal shopping cart will open in a new window (you may need to change your browser settings to allow pop-ups from the site). You can then click Continue Shopping to add another picture. Repeat this as many times as you require. At any stage you can click View Cart to see what you have placed in your shopping cart so far. If you require more than one copy of any picture you can change this in the shopping cart by changing the quantity and then clicking Update cart. When you have all the items you require in your shopping cart click Proceed to Checkout to make your payment.		top of page
		How soon will my order be delivered? You should receive an automated email from PayPal confirming your payment. Within 24 to 48 hours you will receive an email from James confirming your order and giving you an estimated timescale for posting your order. This is usually within 3 to 5 days, although many orders are posted sooner than this. For A4, A3 or A2 size prints allow up to 7 days for posting. If you have a specific date by which you require the prints then please get in touch with James.		top of page
		How will my order be packed? Small prints up to and including A4 size prints will be sent flat in a stiff card-backed envelope with "Please do not bend" printed on the front, so your prints should reach you in perfect condition. Larger sizes such as A3 or A2 will be posted rolled inside a cardboard tube.		top of page
		I live outside the UK - can I still buy from you? Yes. If you pay online PayPal will automatically convert your payment into GBP (£ sterling), whatever currency you have. Only cheques in £ sterling are acceptable if ordering by post.		top of page
		Do you deliver to addresses outside the UK? Yes. The postage charge for prints smaller than A4 size is the same as that for UK addresses (£1.50 for order total of under £30, free for order total of £30 or more). Please enquire about postage rates for other items.		top of page
